Melbourne band I, a Man will excite those who appreciate music that is ambitious, complex and unique. The band are meticulous with their music; shattering and rebuilding each song until perfect, layering harmonies, intricate melodies and complex rhythms that lodge in your veins an redefine your pulse. Their sound manages to weave a fine line between a beautiful darkness and longing daydreams.

Fifteen Thirty Three’ the bands debut EP was co-produced by the band and Craig Harnath at Hothouse studios and mixed by Tony Espie at Sing Sing. The first single ‘Big Ideas’ which was taken from the EP has gathered strong support from community radio stations with adds to play lists nationally, notching up spins on Richard Kingsmill’s 2011 and the Oz music show Home & Hosed with Dom Alessio. The band has just been announced as a finalist for chance to play the annual RRR & PBS Community Cup in Melbourne alongside You Am I & Tumbleweed.

To support the release of ‘Fifteen Thirty Three’ the band hit the road this week playing their first regional and interstate shows.
