TOM BINNS DOUBLE BILL: Ivan Brackenbury & Ian D Montfort

“Pin sharp comedy and metaphysical magic to boot.” – The Guardian

“The underground hit of the 2010 Melbourne International Comedy Festival,” –

**** The Age

“Brackenbury is absolutely utterly hilarious— I can’t recommend this enough. Go see it.” – **** The Age

Internationally acclaimed Comedian Tom Binns (UK) brings together two award-winning characters, Ian D Montfort – Spirit Medium & Ivan Brackenbury – Hospital Radio DJ, in one value packed show at the 25th Melbourne International Comedy Festival playing at Blue Diamond every night of the week, except Fridays, until the conclusion of the Festival on April 23rd.

Last year, The Age dubbed Ivan Brackenbury as “The Underground Hit of the Melbourne Comedy Festival” and this year Time Out hailed Ian D Montfort as “The Monster Hit” of the Edinburgh Fringe.

Ian D Montfort is the Spirit Medium who channels famous dead people, revealing things about the audience he could not possibly know. It’s an incredible fusion of mind reading and character comedy.

Ivan Brackenbury, the hospital radio DJ that plays inappropriate requests for his patients, featured on the best of Spicks & Specks and is widely regarded as one of the funniest headliners on the UK circuit.

Highly inappropriate, Tom Binns will make you laugh until you’re sick!

Tom Binns has won an Edinburgh Comedy Award Nomination, Best Established Comedian Nomination at the Adelaide Fringe 2010 & 2011, Top 50 Most Memorable Gigs of the Decade (Chortle.co.uk) and is a Top 10 Fosters Comedy God.
